Travel agencies often struggle to manage large volumes of information, including bookings, travel packages, and customer service inquiries. Operating across multiple systems and tools creates inefficiencies, coordination issues, and delays in responding to clients. Furthermore, the absence of a centralized hub for data tracking makes it challenging for agencies to analyze performance and adapt their offerings to meet changing customer demands effectively.

User Research

In order to better understand the needs and frustrations of the users, I used both interviews and questionnaires. Initially, I sent Google surveys to 50 potential users, including small travel agencies that currently operate without a CRM system and larger agencies that rely on existing CRM platforms. This approach allowed me to gather insights from both ends of the spectrum, identifying the key pain points and gaps in current solutions."
